We are excited to present a dynamic opportunity at the forefront for Service Delivery Line Manager. Service Delivery Line Manager is a key position residing in Managed Services who is performing the critical role of managing People competency to delivery services across all the customers.
Key Responsibilities Delivery Management w.r.t scope. People and their competence management to align to the customer delivery. Stakeholder Management Performance Management Ensure that SLA KPI s are met every month for the client. Escalation Management Process and Tools Automation driver. Governance establishment with required stakeholders. BCP management for delivery. Ensure timely communication / information flow towards internal external stakeholders Ensure Quality assurance and control parameters are in place. Succession planning for key positions.
Authority To support and implement Operational processes. Authorized to administer the people reporting. Act as a mentor for developing the competency of each person in the team. To lead by an example on all the strategic initiatives and handle the conflict among the team members. Responsible for each team member progress and performance evaluation.
Candidate Prerequisites Must understand and have worked in an operational environment such as a ITOC or IT for 10-12 years. Demonstrated leadership experience in area of IT Operations (Applications and Infra) Firm Understanding of ITIL Process guidelines, with specific focus on Event, Incident, Problem, Change Management and KEDB Proficiency in understanding the Event Management tools and their functionality. Proven planning, prioritization, and organizational skills Demonstrated drive for continuous learning, results-orientation, and teamwork. Ability to drive change through innovation process improvement. Ability to manage projects and drive action items with customers and cross-functional peers. Proven crisis management, BCP management, Stakeholder Management skills Build internal and external client relations. Professional concise communication (written verbal) BE in Engineering/Computer Science/IT and/or equivalent experience. Certifications: ITIL (mandatory)
