Country Delight seeks a passionate and eager Content Writer Intern-To-Hire to join our dynamic

Position: Content Writer

Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers encouraged to apply)

Location: Gurgaon/Remote; Internship Stipend provided

India the purest quality products right to the doorstep to help them live better. While we are most

popular as a subscription-based dairy brand, we've recently expanded into home delivery of

staples like pulses, pickles, oils, nuts, and fruits &vegetables.

You'll be a great fit, if:

• You are a highly motivated and quick learner with a strong interest in content creation and

digital and social marketing.

• You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong grasp of English

grammar and style.

• You are eager to learn about different content formats and platforms, including social media,

website, and app content.

• You are a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to a collaborative

environment.

Your daily responsibilities:

• Assist the content & social teams in creating engaging and informative content for various

marketing channels.

• Research industry trends and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
• Support the development of social media posts, advertorial copies, and other marketing

collateral.

• Learn & put to use AI tools like ChatGPT and ElevenLabs to assist with content development

tasks.

• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for content campaigns.
• Write content adhering to brand guidelines within given timelines, including captions and

scripts for influencers.

• Extend support to content & social teams for product, influencer, and brand shoots.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to create clear and concise content.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing and content marketing principles.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their content requirements.
• Some exposure to Google Suite (Word, Excel, Slides).

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience with content creation or copywriting (e.g., creator page on social, long-form

writing, creative writing).

• Familiarity with SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
• Experience working with design and product teams.
