Job Description
- Verifying Invoices along with PO, PR & PI
- Accounting of Purchase Invoices for which GRN has been Generated
- Accounting of Import BOE's, CHA Bills and FOC's and processing of import payments
- Accounting of Expenditure, Sales, Credit & Debit Notes and all the monthly/annual closing entries
- Verification of Agreements & statutory compliances while Processing Transportation Bills
- Cross verifying with POD's, Requesting CN's if any issue while Processing Transport Invoices
- Vendor Invoices Verification & Payment Processing
- Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and limited review of ledgers on a quarterly basis
- Book Keeping of Day to day Transactions
- Handling of Petty Cash and accounting.
- Generating of Tax Invoice, E- Invoice & E-Way Bills applicable for sale invoices.
- Preparation of Proforma Invoice when Requested by the Customer and preparation of sales Invoices of customers
- Payroll Verification & Processing of Salary Disbursements.
- Verification of Statutory compliances like: TDS, GST provisions before payment processing for Vendor Invoices
- Verification of Agreements,-GST, TDS, EPF & ESI while processing the contract manpower Invoices
- Maintaining of Travel Bills Tracker as per Travel policy
- Vouching, Verification & Settlement of Travel Bills of service staff and other staff as per Travel Policy.
- Processing of Travel Advances & Staff Advances to Service Engineers & TRC Employees Respectively.
- All other works/duties/responsibilities as assigned by DGM F&A/Director, as the case may be.
