Identity & Access Management Lead (3-8 yrs)

The Identity and Access Management (IDAM) Lead is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance of all layers of IDAM controls over multiple applications and services.

The role will lead the IDAM program with focus on technical aspects of IDAM and setting up a robust identity governance framework.

- Understand the organization's operational environment to design and develop the overall Identity & Access Management Governance and Regulatory Framework.

- Design application specific logical access management framework including Role Based Access Control, Segregations of Duties matrix by working in-coordination with multiple IT stakeholders and business functions.

- Develops and implements Identity & Access Management Standards in line with internal policies and global frameworks.

- Develop Enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) processes and procedures.

- Designs, configures, tests, implements, supports and administers centralized identity and privileged access management (IAM and PAM) solutions including local, cloud, hybrid integration services.

- Responsible for technologies that enable SSO (Single Sign On), PIM/PAM (Privileged Identity and Access Management), MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Access Governance and Logical Access.

- Develops and performs project-based, Identity & Access Management -related assessments and audits cross-functionally on an ad-hoc basis periodically to ensure compliance to Identity & Access Management requirements.

- Maintain knowledge of applicable Identity & Access Management laws, regulations, standards, and advancements in technologies.

- Foster partnerships with the business as an Identity & Access Management trusted advisor and subject matter expert.

- Work closely with partners and service providers in IDAM technology and roll out projects.

Requirements :

- Minimum of a bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.

- Minimum of 8-10 years professional experience in IT, with at least 4 years of direct experience in implementing and managing IDAM technologies, access management and handling identity management programs.

- Experience working with healthcare industry/sector on design and implementation of IDAM tools.

- Solid knowledge of healthcare IT applications and business operations.

- Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and Cloud Services based certifications from Azure or AWS are desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Must be able to effectively consult with internal direct reports and senior management as well as external customers, clients, partners and stakeholders.

- Must be a critical thinker, with strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals
