Financial Strategy & Leadership

- Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Provide strategic financial guidance to the leadership team.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.

- Deliver data-driven insights to enhance financial performance.

Accounting & Compliance

- Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with statutory regulations.

- Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory obligations.

Inventory & Cost Management

- Plan and monitor inventory levels for operational efficiency.

- Optimize processes to minimize costs and reduce wastage.

- Manage project costs related to hardware and software development.

Negotiations & Contracts

- Lead negotiations on debt financing and vendor agreements.

- Manage customer contracts, ensuring alignment with financial and operational goals.

- Drive cost efficiency and foster strategic partnerships.

Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

- Optimize cash flow, working capital, and vendor management.

- Ensure financial stability and liquidity.

Process & Internal Controls

- Strengthen internal financial controls.

- Drive automation and process improvements for enhanced efficiency.

Who We're Looking For:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 7+ years of experience in finance & accounting.

- Proven expertise in inventory planning, debt/vendor negotiations, and customer contracts.

- Strong background in FP&A, compliance, and cost optimization in a tech/manufacturing setting.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
