Head - Human Resource - Paint Industry (15-25 yrs)

We are looking for an HR Head for a Paint company. The person should have expertise in Change management and OD.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Need to partner with founders & board in the design and implementation of change management engagement, learning and development and succession planning.

- This role will lead the culture & transformational agenda to create a high-performing organization through people strategies.

- Need to understand the challenges of fast-growing organizations and facilitate plans to ensure employee satisfaction by continuous engagement.

- It is also expected that this role evolves itself over time as the organization grows and moves from its current stage to a more mature state.

- Develop organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and change management.

- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.

- Ensure HR plans support the needs of the business but are also flexible enough to cope with changes in the organization, as and when they occur.

- Provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references, training hours per person, etc.

- Conduct training needs analysis and designs and implement a training plan with input from business heads. Manage costs to budget.

- Ensure all staff receive appraisals in accordance with company policy and monitor probationary periods.

- Coordinate recruitment throughout the company through management of a recruitment team/HR team.

- Provide day to day advice to line managers on all human resource issues: management of staff, remuneration, etc.

- Ensure payroll is completed accurately and to the deadline.
