Job Description
12 -15 years experience in execution of the High rise Commercial /Mall /Hotel project. He should have thorough knowledge RCC work and finishings . He should have good knowledge of Services execution and should have executed at least one such project from ground break to handover with high standards of commitments to quality and target achievements.
Knowledge of Auto cad is essential. He should be able to coordinate with the architects , structural and services consultants . He should have be able to communicate both in Hindi and English .
Should have executed atleast one Mall or 5 star hotel project such from ground break to handover
