HR Executive/Manager

Job Summary:

As an HR Executive/Manager at Contextine Software Pvt. Ltd., you will lead critical HR functions, enhance employee relations, and streamline processes to support the organization's strategic objectives. You will play a key role in ensuring the HR operations are efficient and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conflict Management:
• Implement conflict resolution strategies to address disputes and maintain workplace harmony.
• Facilitate communication between conflicting parties to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
• Train management on conflict resolution techniques to minimize escalations.

• Performance Evaluation:
• Design and administer comprehensive performance evaluation protocols.
• Collaborate with department heads to set achievable benchmarks and performance metrics.
• Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their performance and career progression.

• End-to-End Hiring:
• Lead the recruitment process, from crafting job descriptions to conducting interviews and selecting candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies that attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
• Oversee onboarding programs that ensure new hires integrate successfully into the company culture.
• Coordinate interviews with international clients, ensuring timely and efficient communication across different time zones.

• Employee Engagement:
• Develop initiatives to boost employee morale and enhance job satisfaction.
• Organize team-building events and workshops that foster a positive workplace culture.
• Monitor and analyze employee engagement levels and devise strategies to improve them.

• Streamlining HR Processes:
• Evaluate existing HR policies and procedures for effectiveness and compliance.
• Implement best practices and continuous improvements in HR functions to reduce costs and employee turnover.
• Liaise with HR technology vendors to enhance HR system functionalities that support operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience in the IT industry, with a focus on the responsibilities listed above.
• Deep knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
