Job Description:

We are currently hiring a Construction Supervisor to oversee residential property for our promoters/owners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate on-site construction activities.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
• Inspect work to ensure high standards of quality are maintained.
• Resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor, preferably in residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management.
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
