We're Hiring for Big4 - Assistant Manager/Manager - Statutory Audit-Financial Services - CA Must-Mumbai

CTC for Asst. Manager: Up to 17 LPA

CTC for Manager: Up to 23 LPA

Your key responsibilities:

Technical Excellence:

- Manage / execute FAAS projects, develop and implement solutions.

- Identify and develop business opportunities; manage accounts.

- Coach junior team members, encourage technical excellence and learning.

- Ability to explain complex accounting and financial reporting issues simply.

Other Expectations:

- Business development skills and aptitude, depending on level in applicants.

- Preparation for IPO including listing rules in India/UK/US.

- Excellent communication skills.

Skills and attributes:

- To qualify for the role you must have Qualification.

- A qualified CA.

Experience:

- 3 years of post-qualification experience for Assistant Manager and 5 years post qualification for Manager with either a mid or top-tier accounting firm, focused on external or statutory audit-related matters or an MNC or a large domestic Indian company, preferably within a shared services environment.
