Production Support Engineer (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Would be part of Enterprise Application (that enables Sales and Services operations of Dealer) maintenance team.

- Issues/ Incidents Management - Issue Resolution, Testing, Release, Coordinate, Communicate and Document.

- CRs Management - Understand the requirements of clients and provide effort estimations along with the Development schedule.

- System Enhancements and Optimize Incidents - Work with clients to ideate modifications to improve the application and operations, as Toyota strongly believes in Kaizen (Continuous Improvement).

- Create, review, and modify the design documents toward Requirements, Test Cases, Issues, Mitigations, and Decisions.

- Bridge between Business Users and Technical team in facilitating requirements to get confirmed, periodized, and initiated for implementation.

- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly meetings between BU and IS and Provide updates to Management accordingly.

- Achieve defined Monthly Maintenance KPIs.

- Having a minimum of 3+ years of Product Support expertise.

- Having a minimum of 2+ years of development experience working with tech stack, primarily C#. Net on Framework 4.5 and/or below; however preferred if having additional capabilities on ASP. Net and/or VB. Net on DotNet Core.

- Having a minimum of 1+ years of working experience on Oracle 12c/19c or Microsoft SQL Server 2018/above towards writing, tuning queries, and DB optimization.

- Preferred if having 1+ years of working experience in developing testing and deployment of Restful APIs in a. NET environment.

- Hands-on with code to build new features and enhance existing features/ services/ APIs/ Batches in line with business objectives.

- Should be well versed in Software Development Life Cycle.

- Excellence in Soft Skills (a few like Communication, Leadership, Teamwork, Creativity, Time management, Adaptability, Problem-Solving, Work ethic, Critical Thinking, Conflict Management, and emotional intelligence).
