Job description :
8+ years of hands on experience in SAP Order to Cash process: including but not limited to Customer master, Pricing, License, Presales, Sales order (Third party and intercompany sales ), ATP, Delivery and Invoicing process.
- Working knowledge of integration points with other core SAP modules such as APO, FI/CO and MM
- Extensive EDI and Non EDI interface experience in integrating with customers/vendors systems and other boundary systems
- ABAP Debugging knowledge is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in at least 1 full life cycle SAP ECC implementation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and support multiple projects simultaneously
- Skilled in working with team members across different countries
- Excellent analytical, written and verbal communications skills - Fluent in reading and writing in English
Roles and Responsibilities :
SAP O2C Process Management :
- Customer Master Data : Oversee and maintain the integrity of customer master data within the SAP system, ensuring it aligns with business requirements.
- Pricing and License Management : Manage pricing conditions and license structures, ensuring that pricing strategies and license management are accurate and meet business needs.
- Sales Order Management (Third-party and Intercompany) : Handle the creation, processing, and tracking of sales orders, including third-party sales (integration with external vendors) and intercompany sales (internal company transactions).
- Availability to Promise (ATP) : Ensure that ATP checks are accurately configured and executed to determine product availability for sales orders.
- Delivery Process : Oversee the end-to-end process of product delivery, ensuring smooth order fulfillment and compliance with business rules.
- Invoicing : Ensure proper invoice generation and handling, ensuring that all invoicing rules are adhered to within the SAP system.
Integration with Other SAP Modules :
- Work closely with APO (Advanced Planner and Optimizer), FI/CO (Financial Accounting/Controlling), and MM (Materials Management) modules to ensure seamless integration across different business processes.
- Collaborate with functional teams to resolve issues related to integration points and ensure smooth data exchange between systems.
EDI and Non-EDI Interface Management :
- Lead the implementation and troubleshooting of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and Non-EDI interfaces with external customer/vendor systems, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Coordinate with technical teams and external partners to resolve any integration issues related to data transfer.
ABAP Debugging Knowledge :
- Leverage ABAP debugging skills to troubleshoot issues related to custom developments or errors in SAP processes, ensuring resolution without significant delays.
- Collaborate with ABAP developers to identify root causes of problems and suggest improvements for system functionality.
Full Lifecycle SAP Implementation :
- Lead or support end-to-end SAP implementation (from requirement gathering to post-implementation support), contributing to system design, testing, and go-live phases.
- Participate in at least one full-cycle SAP ECC implementation, ensuring the O2C process is configured to meet business requirements.
Project Management and Multitasking :
- Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
- Prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and deliver quality results within deadlines, ensuring smooth project execution.
Collaboration Across Geographies :
- Work with team members across different countries, ensuring that diverse teams are aligned and contribute effectively to the successful delivery of projects.
- Be adaptable to different work cultures and practices, managing time zone differences and communication challenges.
Communication and Documentation :
- Provide clear, concise communication (both written and verbal) with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and external partners.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, test scripts, and other relevant materials for internal and external use.
- Ensure all project updates, issues, and resolutions are communicated effectively across teams.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills :
- Utilize analytical thinking to identify problems and provide innovative solutions for issues within the O2C process.
- Continuously analyze and improve the order-to-cash process to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
