Salesforce Developer - Aura Framework (3-6 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex Triggers, Aura Components, and Salesforce Platform tools.

- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using web services, REST, SOAP APIs, and other integration techniques.

- Build and maintain Salesforce frameworks for consistent, reusable code and efficient deployment processes.

- Customize Salesforce Admin Skills, including creating objects, fields, page layouts, workflow rules, process builder, and validation rules.

- Manage and execute Data Loading tasks using tools like Data Loader or Informatica to ensure the accurate import/export of data.

- Design and implement solutions for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring the optimal use of the platform for business process automation and reporting.

- Work with the team on Salesforce AppExchange solutions and support integrations with third-party tools and services.

- Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting for code and applications.

- Adhere to best practices in Salesforce development to maintain code quality, scalability, and security.

- Provide support for Salesforce-related issues and recommend enhancements based on business needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with a strong understanding of Salesforce development practices, especially :

- Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Apex Triggers

- Aura Components

- Salesforce Integration (REST/SOAP APIs)

- Sales & Service Cloud

- Strong expertise in Salesforce Admin tasks, including configuration of objects, workflows, approval processes, and process builder.

- Hands-on experience with data loading techniques (Data Loader, workbench, etc.).

- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for security, performance, and testing.

- Experience with Salesforce declarative tools like Process Builder, Flow, and Validation Rules.

- Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control systems like Git.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment, with the ability to take initiative and communicate well with technical and non-technical teams.
