Java Full Stack Engineering Manager - Microservices Architecture (13-15 yrs)

Role Overview:

As a Java Full Stack Engineering Manager in the Banking domain, you will lead a team of talented engineers in developing and delivering complex, high-performance applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in Java/J2EE and full-stack development to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of projects within the banking sector. This role requires a blend of technical leadership, project management, and a strong understanding of banking industry requirements.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 13+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development.

- Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams.

- Strong expertise in full-stack development, including front-end and back-end technologies.

- Extensive experience with Spring/Hibernate frameworks.

- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native technologies.

- Strong understanding of software best practices (refactoring, clean code, domain-driven design).

- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.

- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

- Independent and self-motivated with a zeal to learn new technologies.

- Java developer certification.
