Trainee US IT Recruiter

Job Title: US IT Recruiter (W2 Recruiter)

Experience: 0-2 Years (Freshers also welcome)

ComTec IT Services is a leading IT solutions provider, and we are looking to expand our dynamic recruitment team. We are hiring passionate, driven, and self-motivated US IT Recruiters who are eager to grow their careers in the IT recruitment domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in end-to-end recruitment for IT roles in the US market.
• Work closely with the direct client requirements to fulfill staffing needs.
• Source, screen, and interview potential candidates for various IT roles.
• Understand and effectively communicate job requirements to candidates.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with direct client requirements.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the IT recruitment space.
• Previous experience or knowledge in W2 recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory for freshers.
• Able to work in night shifts
• Ability to join the team within 1 or 2 weeks.

• Work Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
• No Remote Work / Work-from-home options are available.
• No Cab Facility is provided.
