Job Title: Assistant Facility Manager - Technical

Job Location: Goregaon

Experience: Minimum 4 years

Qualification: Diploma/ B.E/ B. Tech Electrical Engineering

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Candidate should be from electrical background having strong technical knowledge
• Corporate experience is must
• Should have knowledge of compliance documents.
• Should have experience of handling HVAC, DG sets, transformers, Chillers, plumbing, fire fighting system, HT panel, LT panel.
• Should have handled a team.

NOTE:

1. Candidates residing in western line will be preferred.
2. Relocation candidates will not be preferred.
