We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) Consultant to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have strong techno-functional expertise in SAP MDG, with hands-on experience in MDG ABAP development, custom solutioning, and business process improvement.

This role involves leading SAP MDG solution design activities for Financial Objects, Business Partner (Customer/Vendor), and Material Master while collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance data governance and master data management processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement SAP MDG solutions for Financial Objects, Business Partners (Customer/Vendor), and Material Master.

- Customize and extend MDG data models, UI configurations, workflows, and validations.

- Develop custom extensions and enhancements in MDG ABAP to meet business requirements.

- Lead and advise on business process improvements related to SAP MDG enablement.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize data governance, data quality, and compliance processes.

- Identify and recommend process interventions required at the source system level.

- Drive solution design activities for master data governance across multiple domains.

- Support data preparation, initial load, and defect resolution in Show & Tell sessions.

- Ensure seamless data integration between SAP MDG and other enterprise applications.

- Work closely with functional, technical, and business teams to ensure successful implementation.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior consultants and developers.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP MDG-related issues and performance bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5 - 13 years of experience as an SAP MDG Techno-Functional Consultant.

- Strong expertise in MDG ABAP development, including BRF+, FPM, and BADI enhancements.

- Experience in MDG Data Modeling, UI Customization, and Process Modeling.

- Deep knowledge of SAP MDG standard objects (BP, Financials, Material Master, and Custom Objects).

- Understanding of MDG Consolidation, Central Governance, and Mass Processing.

- Experience with Data Replication Framework (DRF), Data Import, and SAP Integration Technologies.

- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA MDG and its integration with ECC systems.

- Experience in Show & Tell sessions, data migration, and initial loads.

- Ability to identify and drive source system data and process improvements.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with SAP Fiori applications related to SAP MDG.

- Knowledge of MDG Consolidation & Machine Learning-based Data Matching.

- Exposure to SAP BODS, Data Services, and Data Quality Tools.

- Experience with SAP Workflow and Rule-Based Workflows.

- SAP MDG Certification is a plus.
