Job Description: Team Leader (TL) - US Mortgage

Responsibilities:

• Excellent in written & verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams to get deliverables completed.
• Excellent rocess knowledge & understanding of process flow.
• Ability to work independently & adhere to timelines.
• Ability to understand business/internal requirements & act accordingly on ad hoc requests or challenging situations.
• Prepare Quality Dashboards and share with the respective Internal Stakeholder.
• Knowledge in MS Office tools.
• Lead, mentor, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
• Plan, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion of targets.
• Track team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Identify areas for process enhancement and implement best practices.
• Organize training sessions to enhance team skills and productivity.
• Resolve team conflicts and challenges efficiently.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and prepare reports on team progress.
• Flexible to work on weekends.
• Handle BQM (Bottom quartile management) Users and support on improvement.
• Be innovative and support new hires to settle down with 0 attrition.

Experience:

• Total 5+ years, with 1 to 2 years of team handling experience.
