Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Process Executive for our B&L team with 2 to 4 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in MS Excel and preferably domain experience in Customer Verification-Mortg Ln Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn). This is a night shift position working from our office with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and ensure process efficiency within the B&L team.

Provide accurate and timely reports using MS Excel to support business decisions.

Conduct detailed customer verification processes for mortgage loans foreclosures and claims.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues in the verification process.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices.

Utilize MS Excel to analyze data and generate insights for process improvements.

Support the team in achieving performance targets and service level agreements.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators to management.

Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement solutions.

Provide training and support to junior team members as needed.

Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications

Possess strong technical skills in MS Excel.

Have experience in customer verification processes for mortgage loans foreclosures and claims.

Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Exhibit strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Show proficiency in data analysis and reporting.

Have good communication and interpersonal skills.

Be able to work effectively in a night shift environment.

Display a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Be committed to maintaining high standards of compliance and quality.

Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Be adaptable to changing priorities and workloads.

Show a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Preferably have domain experience in Customer Verification-Mortg Ln Frclsr Claim File&srv(MortgLn).

Certifications Required

Certification in Advanced MS Excel is required. Certification in Mortgage Loan Processing is a plus.
