Job Description

Job Summary:


The Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment of various roles across Infosyncs Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) business. The recruiter will focus on hiring Payroll, Tax, HRIS, IT Help Desk, Training, and other support functions, ensuring that the organization attracts and hires the best talent.

This role requires a proactive and energetic professional who can manage high-volume hiring, work in a fast-paced environment, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The recruiter should have strong sourcing skills, the ability to assess candidates effectively, and the agility to meet hiring deadlines.


Key Responsibilities:


1. End-to-End Recruitment Process

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, negotiating offers, and onboarding.
  • Hire candidates for US Payroll, HRIS, IT Help Desk, Training, Tax, Garnishments, Accountants, Finance and Accounting executives and other support functions.
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates' skills, experience, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
  • Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and pre-joining engagement to ensure a high conversion rate.

2. Candidate & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and business leaders to understand job requirements and hiring needs.
  • Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by keeping candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
  • Work closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure smooth onboarding of new hires.

3. Recruitment Metrics & Process Improvement

  • Track and report hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, and sourcing effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices in recruitment to optimize hiring efficiency and improve hiring quality.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the talent acquisition function.
