MIS Executive - Recruitment Team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy MIS Executive to join our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our information systems to support recruitment strategies, ensuring data integrity, and providing actionable insights through data analysis .

Key Responsibilities:

Data Management:

• Collect, analyze, and maintain recruitment data.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all recruitment databases.
• Develop and maintain dashboards for real-time data monitoring.

Report Generation:

• Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
• Generate ad-hoc reports as required by the recruitment team and management.
• Analyse trends and provide insights to improve recruitment processes.

Data Security:

• Implement data security protocols to protect sensitive recruitment information.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.

Strategic Planning:

• Assist in the strategic planning and implementation of new or existing information systems.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify system improvements and enhancements.

Qualifications:
Educational Background:

• Anu Bechalore Degree .

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Analytical Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Ability to generate actionable insights from data analysis.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical team members.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role within a recruitment or HR environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and best practices.
