Linux Administrator - Red Hat (2-4 yrs)

Experience : 2 to 4 years.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer and maintain RedHat Linux servers, ensuring high availability and performance.

- Install, configure, and troubleshoot RHEL-based systems and applications.

- Monitor system performance, security, and logs for efficient operation.

- Perform updates, patches, and security hardening as per best practices.

- Support server configuration, provisioning, and deployment.

- Manage virtualized environments (VMware, KVM, etc.)

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

- Implement backup and recovery strategies.

- Automate tasks using shell scripting, Ansible, or similar tools.

- Collaborate with IT teams and document system configurations.

Required Skills :

- 2-4 years of experience in RedHat Linux administration.

- Strong knowledge of RHEL/CentOS systems.

- Experience with system configuration and optimization.

- Basic proficiency in shell scripting (Bash, etc.

Desirable :

- RHCSA Certification (or equivalent).

- Basic knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes.
