About the Role :

- We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Consultant with expertise in US Payroll and Taxation, including BSI Tax Factory and TUFS (Tax Update Factory Settings).

- The role involves configuring, supporting, and optimizing SAP Payroll systems, ensuring compliance with US tax regulations and seamless payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities :

- SAP Payroll Configuration: Set up and maintain payroll schemas, rules, and wage types for US Payroll.

- Tax & Compliance: Integrate and validate BSI Tax Factory and TUFS to ensure accurate tax calculations.

Testing & Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot payroll discrepancies, tax compliance issues, and system integrations.

Reconciliation: Ensure payroll data accuracy through robust reconciliation processes and audits.

Upgrades & Maintenance: Implement HR Support Packages (HRSPs) and payroll system updates.

Process Improvement: Optimize payroll processes and collaborate with teams for efficiency.

Documentation & Training: Maintain system documentation and train payroll teams as needed.

Qualifications & Experience :

- 10+ years of experience in SAP US Payroll configuration and support.

- Strong knowledge of US payroll tax regulations (FICA, FUTA, SUTA, etc.

- Expertise in BSI Tax Factory, TUFS, and SAP Time Management.

- Experience with payroll system upgrades, audits, and year-end activities (W-2, W-4).

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
