Python Lead Developer - SQL/MongoDB (6-10 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Lead Developer to drive our development projects and lead our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, experience with MongoDB, and familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. A working knowledge of Kafka Streaming and Oracle SQL will also be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and robust Python applications.

- Manage and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Utilize MongoDB for data storage and management, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

- Implement containerization strategies using Docker and orchestrate container deployment with Kubernetes.

- Work with Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing.

- Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices and code quality.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues as they arise.

- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our development practices.

Mandatory Skills :

- Proficient in Python programming and development frameworks.

- Strong experience with MongoDB and data modeling.

- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Knowledge of Kafka Streaming and its application in real-time data processing.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications :
