Territory Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify sales opportunities and present solutions to key decision-makers.
• Develop and execute annual business plans within the assigned territory.
• Manage the capital equipment sales process to drive product adoption.
• Penetrate competitive accounts and provide market intelligence.
• Submit weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports, including sales forecasts.

Technical & Clinical Support:

• Demonstrate the full range of physiotherapy and rehabilitation products, explaining their usage, benefits, and capabilities.
• Provide clinical leadership during the sales process and post-sales support.
• Conduct system training for customers, internal teams, and channel partners.
• Monitor customer installations to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business.
• Develop and deliver training sessions on equipment use and treatment protocols.

Customer Engagement & Market Expansion:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in the industry.
• Conduct in-services, workshops, and presentations for healthcare professionals.
• Attend trade shows and professional conferences for product demonstrations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, physiotherapy technologies, and treatment techniques.

Patient & Clinical Support:

• Assess patient needs and recommend suitable treatment programs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as required.
• Maintain accurate patient case notes and reports.
• Ensure compliance with physiotherapy regulations and treatment protocols.

Additional Requirements:

• Willingness to travel for customer visits, demonstrations, and training.
• Strong ability to translate clinical knowledge into business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy, Biomedical Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience: 2-5 years in clinical support, sales, or physiotherapy equipment handling.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with physiotherapy and rehabilitation devices.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
