Territory Service Executive(Medical equipment)

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure medical equipment at customer locations.
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnose issues, and repair faulty equipment.
• Provide training and technical support to healthcare professionals.
• Maintain service records and reports for compliance and audits.
• Ensure spare parts availability and coordinate with the procurement team.
• Follow industry regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
• Stay updated with new technology and attend training sessions.
• Support the sales team with after-sales service and technical queries.

Customer Support & Relationship Management:

• Build strong relationships with clients by providing excellent service.
• Respond to customer queries and complaints promptly.
• Follow up to ensure client satisfaction and issue resolution.
• Share technical product information with customers.
• Assist in organizing business meetings, seminars, and workshops.
• Maintain customer records, including contacts, purchases, and service history.
• Collect customer feedback and prepare reports to improve service.
• Address customer concerns and suggest solutions to enhance experience.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Any Diploma or BE/Preferably Biomedical engineer
• Fresher or experience in medical equipment service field
• Communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
