Qualification: ITI Welder

About the Role: This role is responsible for ensuring the quality of welding on sanitary piping and managing all welding-related documentation to meet audit requirements.

Knowledge & Skills Required:

1. Ensure proper setup of the orbital welding machine for sample preparation.

2. Prepare a sample cutting piece and perform sample welding. If the weld meets the required standards, obtain client approval to proceed with further welding activities. If it does not meet the standards, prepare another sample and repeat the process until client approval is secured.

3. Execute orbital welding on approved components and Mark the welding number on the pipe surface.

4. Submit all site validation documents related to orbital welding to the site engineer

5. Maintain a weekly report and share it with the team lead.
