Experience :

• 10 to 15 + years of experience in DC Operations for BFSI customers
• Strong technical expertise Infrastructure operations (Database / OS Management/ Midddleware / Server Management / NOC operations
• SLA and Escalation Management
• Strong expertise in managed services / support engagements
• Larger team size handling
• Client management
