Responsibilities:.
- Oversee the execution of the sales plan in the US market to meet/exceed sales goals.
- Conducting weekly forecasting meeting with business development team that reports to you.
- Reporting on sales activity, productivity and forecasting to CEO.
- Identify opportunities for sales enablement and training materials and/or programs to aid your team in executing sales processes and quota achievement.
- Recruit, hire, onboard and review the performance of Business Development Managers and Executives on your team.
- Coach, mentor and motivate your BDMs on people management and quota achievement.
- Establish account relationships with key decision makers when necessary, to drive large deals forward.
Requirements:
- 15 years of relevant experience in Business development & Sales.
- 8+ year of team lead or management experience.
- Good understanding of Telecom, IT / Cloud Technologies.
- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
- Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele.
