AL M and Risk Management

Overall responsibility of liquidity risk including LCR and interest rate risk management along with timely filing of related returns with RBI & NHB and convening regular ALCO meetings

Tracking economic and regulatory changes to analyze impact on Treasury related policies and procedures

Maintaining Treasury policies, resolutions and other standardized documents (SOPs)

Devise Investment strategies and regular cash flow management

Handling Statutory auditors, RBI, NHB, Internal auditors, Bank auditors in matters relating to Treasury

Liability & COF Management

Overall responsibility of managing data and calculations related to liability, debt servicing and cost of borrowing

Work with Internal stakeholders to maintain Financial covenants agreed with debt investors

Ensuring fulfilment of debt investors related periodic compliances

Investor Relations & External Stakeholders

Preparation and managing Treasury related MIS and cash flows for Internal Stake-holders and equity Investor

Understanding and facilitating lender and rating agency data requirements
