Senior Java Developer - Microservices Architecture (6-15 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with 9+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex applications, ensuring high performance, and driving new features from inception to production.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java-based applications using Spring and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Build and manage scalable, distributed, and high-performance microservices architectures.

- Develop user interfaces with Angular, ensuring seamless integration with back-end services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, QA, and DevOps, to deliver robust and scalable solutions.-

- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and support.

- Implement best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment.

- Optimize applications for performance and scalability, troubleshooting and fixing any issues that arise.

- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, continuously improving skills and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 9+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong proficiency in Java (8 or higher), Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks.

- Experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

- Proficiency in front-end development using Angular (Angular 8 or higher preferred).

- Solid understanding of database technologies (SQL, NoSQL).

- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.

- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.

- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Familiarity with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

- Knowledge of security best practices for web applications.

- Exposure to Agile methodologies.
