Job Description
- Job Description: Internship opportunity for CA Final Candidates who have completed the articleship training and who have appeared/ appearing or have cleared either group (Preferably 2nd Group) of CA Final Examination
- Key responsibilities: Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, including salaried employees, freelancers, business owners, and NRIs
- Preparation of tax computation ensuring tax is calculated according to the applicable slabs, exemptions, and deductions, if any Filing of Income
- Tax Returns for individuals in a timely manner with adherence to a quality benchmark set Provide basic advice on tax-saving instruments, exemptions, and deductions Answering client queries and providing clarification and explanation regarding the tax computation prepared Assist in filing Rectifications, or Belated and Revised returns, wherever necessary
- Demonstrating professionalism, industry competence and clarity of communication
- Demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills, learning and working efficiently without compromising quality
- Participate in internal training programs to understand more advanced tax topics and filing processes Requirements: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients (English, Hindi and at least one local language)
- Minimum one year of ITR filing experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple clients and meet tax filings and work deadlines Familiarity with the broad framework of the Income-tax Act, with special reference to Personal Taxation and latest Tax Updates Self-motivated individual with a passion to work in challenging situations
