Project Role Description :Provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally.

Must have skills :Microsoft Windows Desktop Management


Good to have skills :Microsoft 365, No Technology

Summary:As a Workplace Mgmt & Solutions Practitioner, you will provide expertise and/or general administrative space and service support for Accenture people and businesses globally. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
  • Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
  • Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
  • Ensure smooth operations and efficient management of Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • Provide expertise and support for Accenture people and businesses globally.
  • Manage and maintain Microsoft Windows desktop environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement desktop management solutions.
    Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • Good To Have Skills:Experience with Microsoft 365.
  • Strong understanding of desktop management principles and best practices.
  • Experience in deploying and managing Microsoft Windows operating systems.
  • Knowledge of desktop virtualization technologies such as Citrix or VMware.
  • Familiarity with endpoint security solutions.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop Management.
  • This position is based at our Gurugram office.
  • A Graduate degree is required.
