CirrusLabs - Oracle Cloud Technical Consultant - Implementation & Support (5-9 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

Implementation & Configuration :

- Participate in the full lifecycle of Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, from requirements gathering to go-live.

- Configure and customize Oracle Cloud modules (e.g., Financials, HCM, SCM) based on client requirements.

- Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle Cloud and other systems.

Technical Development :

- Design, develop, and test web services (REST and SOAP) for Oracle Cloud integrations.

- Build and deploy customizations using Oracle PaaS technologies (JCS, OIC, ADF).

- Develop and maintain BIP, OTBI, SmartView, and FRS reports.

- Create and schedule ESS and BIP jobs.

- Perform data conversions using FBDI templates and ADFDi.

Troubleshooting & Support :

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Cloud implementations.

- Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.

- Perform performance tuning and optimization of Oracle Cloud applications.

Security & Migration :

- Implement Oracle Cloud security best practices, including role-based access control.

- Migrate SaaS configurations and PaaS solutions, including PL/SQL code and integrations.

- Ensure data security and compliance with relevant regulations.

Documentation & Collaboration :

- Create and maintain technical documentation.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, project managers, and clients.

- Work within an onsite/offshore model.

Qualifications :

Must-Have Skills :

- 5-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud ERP implementations.

- Strong expertise in web services (REST, SOAP) and Oracle Cloud Services (ERPIntegrationService, HCMDataLoader, etc.).

- Proficiency in Oracle PaaS technologies (JCS, OIC, ADF).

- Experience with data conversions using FBDI templates and ADFDi.

- Expertise in developing BIP, OTBI, SmartView, and FRS reports.

- Experience with creating and scheduling ESS and BIP jobs.

- Solid understanding of Oracle SaaS security and migration best practices.

- Experience with Cloud configuration and setup, Application Composer and Page Composer.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience working in an onsite/offshore model.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with specific Oracle Cloud modules (Financials, HCM, SCM).

- Knowledge of Oracle EBS on-premise, OAF, MAF.

- Experience with Agile project methodologies.

- Familiarity with database technologies (PL/SQL, SQL).

- Experience with other integration platforms.

Experience with security compliance regulations such as GDPR, and SOC2.

Experience with performance tuning of Oracle cloud applications.
