Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop APIs using Mulesoft Anypoint Studio and deploy them via Anypoint Platform with a focus on API Gateway.

- API Gateway Management : Administer, configure, and maintain Mulesoft API Gateway, including security, throttling, routing, and monitoring of APIs.

- Collaborate with architects and development teams to define integration patterns and best practices for API and microservice-based architectures.

- Optimize API performance, including monitoring and troubleshooting API Gateway configurations and integrations.

- Implement API security policies, including OAuth 2.0, JWT, API rate limiting, and IP whitelisting using Mulesoft's API Manager.

- Work with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and automation using Mulesoft and other relevant tools.

- Documentation & Training : Develop detailed technical documentation for APIs, integrations, and troubleshooting.

- Provide guidance and support for junior developers.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in APIs, integrations, and API Gateway configurations.

- Provide on-call support when needed.

Required Qualifications:.

Experience : 8+ years of hands-on experience in Mulesoft development, specifically working with API Gateway, Mulesoft Anypoint Platform, and API management.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio and Anypoint Platform.

- Deep understanding of API management and API Gateway functionality (security policies, API proxying, etc.

- Experience with Mulesoft API Manager and monitoring tools.

- Knowledge of integration patterns and principles, including REST, SOAP, and microservices.

- Experience in implementing security policies and protocols such as OAuth 2.0, JWT, and basic authentication.

- Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or similar.

- Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or other backend technologies.

- Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

Certifications : Mulesoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (Mule 4) or higher preferred.
