Buyer - Intermediates, KSM & Solvents

Role & responsibilities

1. Procurement experience in intermediates/KSM /Solvents /other materials in Pharma industry
2. Negotiation skill and bench marking of cost.
3. Arranging Vendor qualification documents, arranging the vendor audit , audit compliance and arranging the CAPA from vendor
4. Request for quotation, Cost comparison and PO creation.
5. Exploring alternative source for critical material
6. Collaborating with site material planner and vendor to arrange the material on time.
7. Knowledge on SAP and Ariba
8. Conducting Auctions in Ariba for Solvent
9. Arranging documents from vendor for regulatory filing /deficiency response
10. Collaboration with cross functional team for closing of open PR, PO and change control.
11. Coordination with finance for payment release
