Role & Responsibilities

Project Procurement

1. Manage Procurement Process and the supply Base Efficiently and Effectively

- Evaluation and selection of suppliers based on sound ethical norms and standards

- Manage the supply base, identification and mitigation of risks

- Identify new potential suppliers and develop relationships

- Determine the method of awarding contracts

2. New Vendor Development: To continuous identify the new cost-effective sources of purchase, critically evaluate vendors related to Raw material, Packing Material and Engineering material.

3. Stay abreast and have in-depth knowledge on market trends and market conditions for current and future pricing, availability, lead time, vendor capacity and quality of material

4. Should have experience with SAP System (S4 HANA)

5. Experience in Word, Excel, PPT.

Preferred candidate profile: Candidate should have Process knowledge of following Area.

Candidate should have knowledge of Mechanical Items (Tanks, Pumps, Valves, Agitators), E&I Items (All Type of Transmitters, Control Panels, etc).
