People Culture Trainer

Roles & Responsbilities :

Training & Development:

• Design, implement, and facilitate training programs focused on enhancing organizational culture, values, and leadership.
• Create workshops that focus on team dynamics, communication, conflict resolution, inclusion, and collaboration.
• Develop onboarding programs that introduce new employees to company culture, values, and mission.
• Conduct employee surveys to assess culture-related issues and implement appropriate training or actions.

Cultural Transformation:

• Work with senior leadership and HR teams to align training programs with the companys vision and long-term goals.
• Act as a change agent by promoting organizational values and creating a more inclusive work environment.
• Help establish and promote key employee engagement initiatives to foster team spirit, motivation, and job satisfaction.

Employee Engagement:

• Coordinate team-building activities and initiatives to foster collaboration, trust, and a positive work environment.
• Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and employees on how to embody company culture in their day-to-day interactions.
• Gather feedback on cultural issues and work on solutions to address them.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):

• Implement and monitor DEI training and workshops that encourage a diverse and equitable workplace.
• Promote an inclusive culture that respects all backgrounds and perspectives.

Performance & Feedback:

• Evaluate the effectiveness of culture-related programs through feedback and performance metrics.
• Regularly assess employee morale and engagement levels and report findings to leadership.
• Support HR & Organizational Development:

Collaborate with HR teams to improve recruitment practices that align with the company's culture
