1. Drive Sales
   
• Set and achieve sales targets
• Manage and track leads pipeline
• Improve conversion rates (%)
• Increase average invoice value
• Understand product categories, identify top performers, and spot gaps
2. Order Management (Post-Sales)
   
• Ensure all order details are communicated to production merchandisers
• Follow up on order status & keep customers updated
• Assure accurate measurements, fittings, and alterations
3. Customer Experience / CRM
   
• Curate an outstanding in-store shopping experience
• Maintain SOPs for all customer touchpoints (packaging, etc.)
• Develop a loyalty program to enhance customer retention
• Engage customers via WhatsApp, online & offline events, and activities
• Manage customer data, record personal details & preferences
• Collect and analyze customer feedback for improvements
4. Online Sales & Queries
   
• Respond promptly to queries on WhatsApp & social media
• Maintain and update the online catalog
• Conduct online bridal consultations
5. Visual Merchandising
   
• Ensure appealing in-store displays to enhance customer experience
6. Inventory Management
   
• Conduct weekly global stock counts
• Perform monthly physical/system stock checks & submit stock reports to accounts
