Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Responsible for sales and marketing of Transformers in defined territory including Industry customers/end users, contractors, EPC customers, Govt. customers, etc
  2. Meeting Sales, Order Input targets on monthly basis
  3. Regular visit to new and existing customers, consultants, end users on basis of PJC. Responsible for sales promotion activities in the region.
  4. Managing Key Accounts in the defined territory
  5. Handling contractors & generating business through their channel. Meeting consultants/ customer for product approvals.
  6. Generate enquiries from industries, end users, contractors, tenders. Participate in tenders.
  7. Punching enquiry into online system for offer working
  8. Preparation of offers and timely submission to customers against enquiries. Also submitting budgetary offers to Govt./private customers against upcoming requirements/new projects.
  9. Discussion of enquiries/tenders/ pricing/ payment terms etc on case to case basis.
  10. Technical and Commercial discussions, Negotiations, order finalization with customers.
  11. Order/indent punching into system for execution purpose.
  12. Attending KOM with customer. Getting involved with customers for drawings approval.
  13. Ensure smooth execution of orders by co-ordination between customers and works
  14. Submitting inspection calls, coordinating with customers for organizing timely inspection
  15. Ensure timely response to customers. Arrange for after sales service through service engineers as and when required.
  16. Monitor debtors in SAP on regular basis and ensuring timely collections. Collection of expired BGs/ EMDs/ C FORMS, etc.
  17. Monitoring Upcoming Projects, generating new enquiries
  18. Submission of MIS on monthly basis.
  19. Discussion on market development, customer activities, competition information and market feedback, technical discussions/ presentation to consultants, customers.
  20. Share market and competition activities with team members.
  21. Arranging factory visits for customers, consultants
