Regional Sales Manager

Job Description:

• Responsible for Mattresses business of the company for the territory
• Create regional sales plans in alignment with business objectives.
• Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility.
• Network Creation - appointment of distributors, sub-dealers, channel partners.
• Effectively monitoring & implementing company policies of market operating price, schemes disbursement, credit period, etc.
• Competitor analysis of product/pricing/schemes/etc.
• Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth.
• Reporting to Sr. GM, Sales

Candidate Profile:

• Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
• Understanding of store operations
• Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sale team.
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed.
• Any Graduation, MBA in relevant field.
