Lab Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct laboratory tests, experiments, and procedures to support medical research projects.
  
• Prepare samples for testing by collecting blood, tissue, or other biological materials from patients or donors.
  
• Analyze test results to identify abnormalities and provide accurate reports to healthcare professionals.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient data and experimental protocols.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in a clinical pathology lab setting with expertise in biochemistry, hematology, histopathology, immunology, microbiology, or molecular diagnostics.
  
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety guidelines (e.g., OSHA) and ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
