Job Description
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 10+ years of applied experience
- Proficient in coding in one or more languages like Java, Spring Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure/GCP specifically ECS/EKS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, API Gateway, Step functions, storage services or similar skills
- Experience working in Kafka, Cassandra/NoSQL, relational databases and front end technologies like React or similar skills
- Knowledge of CI/CD deployment with tools such as Jenkins, Maven or Gradle
- Practical cloud native experience
- Hands-on practical experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
- Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining code in a large corporate environment with one or more modern programming languages and database querying languages
- Business Development Skills: Should have inclination to business development and be comfortable in interacting with clients and making ad-hoc presentations, as needed
- Cloud certification in atleast one of the CSPs
- Experience leading a modernization or cloud journey
- Bachelors Technical Degree from one of India s premier technology institutes such as IIT or NIT is a plus
- Around 9 to 12 years of work experience in leading software organizations with some experience in product companies and also some experience as Lead/ Solution Architect
- Strong knowledge of the Application modernization and Cloud Migration is mandatory
- Experience in pre-sales / post sales products / solutions offerings preferably through past experiences including but not limited to working on partner COTS products, creation of joint offerings, RFI/RFPs cycle, deal defense and smart prospecting
- Willingness and ability to travel locally in India
