Your role

Employee Engagement Strategy : Implement engagement programs, promote company culture, and leverage surveys for insights.
Internal Communications : Develop communication strategies, create engaging content, and ensure consistent messaging from leadership.
Leadership and Collaboration : Collaborate with departments and advise leaders on engagement and communication.
Measurement and Reporting : Establish KPIs for effectiveness and use feedback for continuous improvement.
Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) : Ensure inclusive strategies and promote diverse perspectives.
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) : Engage employees in CSR initiatives.

Your profile

Strong Leadership and People Management: Ability to lead and inspire a cross functional team, and work collaboratively with other departments.
