JOB POSITION

Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking to improve its data-driven decision-making capabilities and optimize business processes by leveraging the power of data analytics. We require a skilled Data Analytics Developer with experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining data analytics solutions to help achieve these objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The Data Analytics Developer will be responsible for the following tasks:

1.Data Collection and Integration

Interpret business requirements, identify relevant data sources, and develop data collection methods.

Design and implement data integration processes to ensure data consistency and reliability.

Establish data quality checks and validation procedures.

2. Data Analytics Solution Development

Develop a detailed understanding of the business context and analytics business requirements.

Design, develop and implement data analytics solutions, including ETL and visualizations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure the analytics solution meets their needs and expectations.

3. Maintenance and Support

Monitor and optimize the performance of data analytics solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data analytics solutions.

Provide ongoing support and enhancements as needed.

The Data Analytics Developer is expected to deliver the following:

1. Data Collection and Integration (e.g., SSIS ETL, Python Scripts, Sproc, views etc)

2. Data Analytics / visualization Solution (e.g., Python etc)

2. Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, power BI)

3. Ongoing Maintenance and Support Documentation

This position requires availability during the 2-11 PM (IST) time frame.

Candidate will spend approximately 25 percent of their time in customer facing (virtual) meetings.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, or a related field and or experience

EXPERIENCE

3+ years of experience in data analytics solution development

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Proficient in developing and implementing high-quality end-to-end software solutions using Python.
Extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform MS PowerApps, Flow, and Power BI
Develop and implement custom solutions and workflow automations using Power Apps and Power Automate
Profound knowledge in US healthcare systems.
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, SSRS, Excel PowerPivot).
Excellent problem-solving ability with solid communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to independently collaborate with Onshore team and leads on incident analysis and management.
Ability to understand the criticality working in production Environment.
Working experience in handling data warehouse systems using large datasets.
Experience working with any of ETL tools.
Working with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
