Salesforce Developer - Lightning Component Framework (3-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce Communities using Community Builder, Custom Objects, Components, and Navigation.

- Manage Community Security Models, including Sharing & Users, Person Accounts, Contacts, Profiles, Objects, and Validation Rules.

- Integrate Salesforce Sales and Community Cloud with Case Management, Lightning Flow for Service, Rules and Queues, and Lightning Components.

- Develop Apex, SOQL, XML, and JavaScript-based solutions, leveraging Salesforce development best practices.

- Design and develop Integration Solutions using Web Service APIs, REST API, and Bulk API.

- Build and maintain Reports & Dashboards to provide insights for business decision-making.

- Support and maintain the development, testing, staging, and production environments.

- Analyze and create business, functional, and technical requirements following Agile/Scrum/DevOps methodologies.

- Ensure continuous improvements in technology, best practices, and standardization.

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

- Intermediate to advanced Salesforce knowledge with hands-on experience in Lightning Components, SOQL, Apex, and API integrations.

- Expertise in Salesforce Communities (Templates, Pages, Custom Objects, Knowledge, Branding).

- Experience in Flows, Automation, and Community Management.

- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Bulk APIs, and Web Service API Integrations.

- Awareness of Salesforce Health Cloud and Aura Framework is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work in an Agile/DevOps development environment.

- Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
