Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-oriented Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree, extensive experience in sales and marketing within the sheet metal components industry, and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sheet metal components market, including expanding client base and increasing market share.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Collaborate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.

- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform sales and marketing strategies.

- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team to maximize performance and productivity.

Qualifications :
