Head of Security - Incident Management (10-15 yrs)

Requirements :

- Educational Background: bachelor's or master's degree in computer science.

- Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

Experience : Minimum 10 years of experience in IT security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills :

- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and risk management.

- Experience with security technologies like firewalls, VPNs, and encryption protocols.

- Hands-on experience with security incident response and disaster recovery plans.

- Proficiency in regulatory compliance and audit requirements related to data security.

Key Responsibilities / Skills :

- Take a leading role on a broad range of initiatives in the support of activating our Cyber Security Strategy

- Support Partner engagement and communications across other ServiceNow offerings

- Support the Governance of the Cyber Practice

- Identify and contribute to strategic and operational projects and analysis

- Leading a portfolio of cyber engagements with our clients, reporting to a Senior management, responsible for the day to day Governance of the engagements and the quality of the teams output

- Ensuring highest quality deliverables to customers

- Contributing to developing the market for Cyber Security services across all sectors and identify sales opportunities and escalating these to senior management

- Establishing client relationships with senior stakeholders across the AP region

- Working with prospective clients to agree, scope and plan the delivery phase of engagements

- Contributing to the creation of proposals and marketing material

- Managing engagements to time and budget

- Contributing to the development of the existing cyber risk team acting as mentor and coach to the junior members of the team and leading by example
