Production Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process Design and Optimization :

   • Design and develop manufacturing processes that are efficient, cost-effective, and scalable.
   • Continuously monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement (e.g., reducing waste, improving cycle time, increasing throughput).
   • Implement Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve processes.

2. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving :

   • Address production issues such as bottlenecks, equipment failures, and quality concerns.
   • Analyze root causes of production problems and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

3. Equipment and Machinery Management :

   • Select, install, and maintain machinery, tools, and equipment used in production.
   • Work with maintenance teams to ensure all equipment operates at peak efficiency and is properly serviced.
   • Develop and implement equipment calibration procedures to ensure product quality and compliance with standards.
