Location: Corporate Office


1. Talent Acquisition (TA):

  • Recruitment Strategy:
    Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain highly qualified medical, nursing, and administrative staff.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    Manage sourcing efforts through job boards, medical recruitment agencies, social media, career fairs, and employee referral programs.
  • Job Descriptions and Advertising:
    Create clear and accurate job descriptions for various positions, ensuring they align with hospital needs and comply with healthcare industry standards.
  • Selection and Interviews:
    Coordinate with department heads to screen, interview, and hire candidates who meet the hospitals clinical and operational needs.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers:
    Work closely with hiring managers across departments to understand staffing requirements and provide guidance on the selection process.
  • Employer Branding:
    Promote the hospital as an employer of choice, highlighting work culture, employee benefits, and career development opportunities.

2. Onboarding:

  • Pre-Boarding:
    Ensure all new hires complete necessary paperwork and pre-employment tasks before their first day. Coordinate with IT and other departments to prepare the new hire's workstation, access credentials, and uniforms (if applicable).
  • First-Day Orientation:
    Organize and facilitate the orientation program for new employees. Ensure that they feel welcomed and informed on their first day.

3. Employee Relations:

  • Employee Engagement:
    Develop programs and initiatives that engage hospital staff, boost morale, and enhance job satisfaction across all departments.

4. HR Policies & Compliance:

  • Recordkeeping and Reporting:
    Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with healthcare industry standards and ensure HR reporting complies with legal requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Experience:
    5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare environment or hospital setting. Proven expertise in talent acquisition and employee onboarding.
  • Knowledge & Skills:
    Ability to manage multiple HR functions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict-resolution skills.
